I never knew writing, cannabis, and therapy, were going to be the bridge, but that's when everything changed for me.

My physical appearance improved, my relationship with myself improved, my mental health improved, basically, my entire life improved.

​

But prior to that, I had to escape a corporate gig that I hated, even though it paid well. 

I also had to step out of my comfort zone 100s of times and take big risks (move to Portugal) to build the life I wanted.

 And that's what I'll be sharing here, the stories, lessons, and tools I've discovered on my own path to becoming more of myself and learning to let go...
